Tax breaks / incentives

Support for film culture and the film industry in the UK is extensive. For information on the UK film tax credit visit the UK Film Council website (www.ukfilmcouncil.org.uk/qualifying). The UK Film Council receives two streams of public funding: money from the National Lottery and from grant support. There is also the UK film tax credit.

Filming Studios

With big name studios and stages such as Pinewood, home to the world famous 007 James Bond stage, the largest in Europe, the UK is able to compete on a global level.

Whether you need a mock up aircraft carrier or an underwater scene, the UK’s main studios offer the very latest in advanced sound stage and post production services, and regularly produce international blockbusters.

There are numerous studios around the UK, many able to host a large number of films at any one time. Various studio complexes offer a range of stage sizes and excellent support services to meet the needs of any production.

The studios are conveniently located in and around major cities, with good transport links. Specialist water tanks and underwater stages are also available.

Filming in open space will usually require the permission of the local authority or council, while filming on roads and public highways will require permission from the local Highways Agency or authority.

In this section of the website you will find all of our London location houses. We list them as follows, new houses that are added to the top of the site. Updated location houses follow and the rest are alphabetically listed. London location houses are available for hire for photo shoots, TV locations, filming and the larger houses can be used for events and product launches.

Many of the houses listed on this page can be painted and decorated. Please ask one of our agents if this is possible and for those houses that do allow decorating, we will have the owner’s colour pallet.

Many of the houses listed have gardens and parking is easy; we will provide house rules and directions that detail local amenities and access details.

For a city that has been growing for almost 2000 years there is a huge diversity of LOCATION housing and communities across the city. You can find different types of LOCATION HOUSES in each area to suit almost all budgets.
