A two storey 1930’s warehouse presented in a derelict state.
The space had been used as a car parts warehouse and trade counter until just last year, and since then it has been occupied by squatters. Now, with a live in guardian, the space is available as a photo shoot and filming location.
The ground floor is concrete and industrial, with roller shutters covering the windows and doors. There is the option to drive a vehicle into the space.
The first floor opens out to one large open space, with apex roof. This space is a contrast to the lower floor with light flooding in through the south and westerly facing windows. Original wood floor on this level along with toilets and hair and makeup area. There is heating on the first floor only.
First floor dimensions are: 8m wide and 25meters long (approx). Ceiling height is 5m (approx) floor to apex of roof.
Staircase access to first floor only.
Parking for three cars available at the front of the building. On-street parking for additional vehicles.
