Herondale is a semi-detached, 5000 sq ft, four storey location house on a quiet, wide road with ample parking. Parking is unrestricted except between 10-11am when it is resident parking only. Visitors permits are available for this period. Access is at ground floor level with no steps up or down to the front door. There is a driveway for two cars.

The property is south-facing so gets lots of natural light.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen and living area with crittall doors onto the garden. It is a large, mature garden with a 400 year old oak tree. There is a very large marble island in the kitchen measuring 5 meters. The kitchen is by Roundhouse and is hand painted in Farrow & Ball Blue Black paint. There is a large Wolf Range Cooker and marble, metro-style tiling. There is also a bespoke leather banquette to seat 10-12 people and a bespoke dining table.

There is a separate playroom/snug on the ground floor plus a Boot room for coats and shoes and a WC.

In the basement there is a large cinema room/sitting room and library with a separate study. There is a guest bedroom, a laundry room (with panelling on the walls) and a large gym with a sauna and shower room.
