This filming and studio space is housed in what is a creative campus developed by Fabrix in SE1, with makers, creatives being brought back to the Old Kent Road. The space Originally built in 1895 and occupied by the famous J Mills & Sons company, The Bottle Factory is a unique and historic working environment with architectural prowess connected to its industrial past.

Unit 4-Event Space/ Studio Space:

Unit 4 is 320 sq m or 3,444 sq f. The space is an old factory space with many of the original features such as the columns and doors in place. We have kept the space as a dry hire so as to keep the original urban factory aesthetic to allow a blank canvas for film makers. The space has a variety of large glass factory windows, and 3 large original wooden sliding doors to enable easy access into the space with a variety of original metal pillars. 

Parking:

We have onsite parking available on request and a large outside cobbled courtyard and side of the building which is also available for filming requests. 

Reception and facilities:

We have a reception area with 3 x toilets and 3 showers, and 1 x disabled shower available located next to the event space (unit 4). The reception area is perfect as a green room. The showers are also a perfect area for hair or makeup with a bank of mirrors and shelving to enable make-up and hair on location.
