Estate Hampshire, SO32

A handsome grade II listed country house which dates back to the 1700’s, and is home to an Earl and Countess and their family. It is one of the few houses in England with a facade consisting of two double height bows flanking the main entrance, which is believed to be due to the French architectural influence at that time.

Situated at the heart of the estate, it has commanding views over its parkland and down the vista surrounded by historical woodland.

The Estate extends to over 800 acres of varied landscape from arable farmland, ancient semi-natural woodland, river meadows and historic parkland.

There are various locations either within the house, or throughout the estate as a whole for photo shoots or filming locations.

The house has 9 bedrooms, a formal hall, drawing room, dining room, and library.

Plentiful parking.
