A fully architecturally renovated and extended Victorian terraced location house.
The new extension to the rear of the house has the kitchen, dining and scandi style seating area with views out to the landscaped garden. The second floor of the house has been opened out to create a large master suite.
The kitchen has a large protruding glass box which encloses a low level sitting area finished with a whitewashed wood facade and furnished with simple mid grey upholstered cushions. Benefiting also from a polished concrete floor and a contemporary white handle-less kitchen, there is also a large centrally positioned island that incorporates the gas hob and a concealed extractor fan in the ceiling above. There is a long light well that divides the kitchen from the sitting area. The dining space is complemented by an exposed brick wall and flooded with daylight from the glass roof above.
The rear garden is beautifully designed with clean lines, raised white beds, with olive trees, bamboo and an array of architecturally chosen flowers, with an abundance of colour.
The original part of the house contains a formal sitting area and snug cinema space, retaining some of the original features these areas have been decorated to create a much darker, more intimate space in contrast to the new extension.
There are three bedrooms to the first floor, two doubles and the third being used as a study, along with the family bathroom. Parking is simple road side parking. There are restrictions (m-sat 8.30am-11pm, sun 2-6pm) however permit passes are available from the owner. There is also a pay and display car park at the end of the road.
