The house was fully refurbished in 2020. It is spacious and full of light, with vaulted ceilings and roof lights in the kitchen and vaulted ceilings in 3 of the bedrooms.
The garden is very private and wraps around the property almost entirely. The house sits just back from the centre of the plot, so the front garden is larger than the rear. The separate garage (which we’ve converted to a gym/additional bedroom with an en suite) is on the left when you enter the garden.
This location house in London is situated on a largely unmade road that runs parallel to the A2 but is tree-lined and peaceful. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles along the frontage of our house. The access is via a gate secured with a keypad. Additional parking can be made available with prior arrangement. We do need to be careful that we don’t prevent neighbours entering/exiting their garages.
