Manhattan London, N8

A striking penthouse apartment shoot location on the top floors of a commanding property in Highgate.

The interior of the apartment has been completely carved out from the original layout and design, and now features manhattan style loft living hidden within an unsuspecting exterior. The apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a stunning double height living space and open plan kitchen, with two fireplaces and a balcony with far reaching views to the east. Different wall textures such as exposed brick and a concrete finish plaster, mixed with a colour palette of greys and blues, give a distinctly masculine feel to the space. A separate snug sits to the side of the main reception room.

The kitchen has a beautiful brass clad island, with a vintage oak countertop. The gas hob sits in the island, so the layout is perfect for cooking shoots.

The flat is accessed via an external staircase, up two flights to the second floor. There is no lift. Within the apartment are two staircases to access the upper level. One is off the hallway and the other is a striking feature that is open plan to the sitting area. Our pictures show this stepped staircase with no handrail, however since these photographs were taken a very simple handrail has been added for safety reasons.

One free parking space in the driveway. Also residents parking bays for additional vehicles. A limited number of vouchers are available for an additional cost.
