Priory London, N8

about

A handsome Victorian terraced house with kitchen extension, in North London.

A well designed house of good proportions. The kitchen has been extended to include a 1.5 height space with skylight, and large crittal doors to the rear, overlooking the private garden. The floor in the kitchen is a polished concrete, and one wall has been left as exposed brick. The industrial theme continues in the cabinetry, and the stainless steel worktops. The dark inky blue of the cabinets is mirrored in the wall colour.

Two small staircases provide access to the original part of the house. One leading into the knocked through double sitting room. The second leads to the stylish hallway with an encaustic tiled floor.

The front part of the sitting room is painted in a dark colour, has a large bay window and original features along with an open fire.

There are four bedrooms. The master with en-suite and dressing area.

To the rear is a private garden, and there is also access to a shared space of just over one acre. To use the communal gardens permission must first be sought, and an additional fee will apply.

Free on street parking, with no restrictions.
