The Hut Essex, IG10

A very interesting garden room, hidden at the bottom of the garden of a semi-detached house in Loughton, Essex.

Through the garden and over a narrow bridge you’ll find glimpses of The Hut, hiding amongst the trees. Completely fitted out with a Morso wood burner an Italian pizza oven, it’s a quirky escape from the suburban area it is situated.

It measures 590cm x 390cm, and has a generous amount of glazing. One large window opens up to a terrace made from railway sleepers.

Our photographs show the hut pictured at the end of winter, so it is looking markedly less green than it will be in the spring and summer months.

The Hut has domestic power, and there are a number of power outlets in the garden also.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities are available in the main house, but no shooting is permitted in here. There are two parking spaces on the driveway, and direct access around the side of the house. The bridge over the brook is approx 80cm wide, and there is a height restriction also.

A recce is mandatory before booking this location.
