Where Concrete and Countryside Collide in this Shoot Location

Noon Barn is more than a converted barn; it’s a testament to the possibilities when old-world charm and modern design principles merge.

This 1960s agricultural barn, once echoing with the sounds of farm life, now stands transformed into a luxurious shoot location, boasting spacious interiors and an ambience that feels grand and grounded.

Noon Barn

Location: Worminghall, HP18

This converted 1960’s concrete framed agricultural barn location with a blend of interior styles to form something unique.

There are four bedrooms, a media room, gym, workshop, boot room, a large open hallway, a mezzanine snug and a large open plan family room/kitchen. All rooms are large, but the proportions are balanced well.

Concrete finished floors, toned down with warm textured materials throughout. Hand-split reclaimed cobbles in the hallway. The walls are finished in polished plaster.

Lots of parking, ample internal space and views out to the open countryside.
