The bespoke kitchen was imported from Belgium and features a huge central island made from stainless steel. The cabinetry is handmade and the work surface is a Belgium fossil. The appliances are Gaggenau and the fridge freezer is a sub-zero.

The ground floor sitting room is open plan with a small reading area with open fire to one side. There is direct access to the courtyard garden. A bedroom and bathroom is also situated at the rear of the ground floor.

All of the fires in the property are gas fired but have been artisan designed to appear as real working fires.

The property has three floors, each connected by a beautiful industrial-luxe style steel and oak staircase. Every floor has amazing lateral space with generous ceiling heights. The large steel windows flood the property with natural light.

There are five bedrooms and three have en-suite facilities each with their own bath. A roof terrace to the front of the building is accessed from one of the bedrooms.

The property is unfurnished as shown in the images, and most of the lighting is minimal in it’s design to assist in providing an almost blank canvas for photographic and filming shoots without any over intrusive features.
