A 4400 sq ft studio on the top floor of a Victorian Textile factory with vaulted ceiling, original factory windows, skylights and wooden floorboards plus an array of mid century and post modern furniture on site.

Double access points provide a loading bay with large goods lift plus a separate crew entrance with stairs and a service lift, please note there are six steps at ground floor level before accessing this lift..

The original wooden flooring runs throughout leading to a bare plaster wall at the far end of the studio.

Floor to ceiling canvas curtains create a curated central section. Adjacent to this sits industrial white racking housing a selection of chairs, sofas, tables, lamps, rugs and more..

The back end of the studio is host to a fully equipped 1970s yellow formica kitchen that spans 6m in length with a bare plaster backsplash and modern white countertops. 

In addition to the main shooting area, there is a green room/hair and make-up space located off the reception plus an additional store room/changing facility at the far end.

There is ample parking on site with no height restrictions, please book the number of spaces you require in advance.
