Location: London, E5
Recently renovated two bedroom and two bathroom second floor location apartment in a desirable development in Hackney.
The main living space offers a great amount of versatility with it’s open plan living, kitchen and dining spaces. The ceiling height in this space is 4 metres, and the two large industrial style windows allow for great daylight. There are two separate mezzanines to each side of the living area, one has a large study area, and the second mezzanine; a third bedroom/second study area and en-suite shower room.
The two bedrooms and master bathroom are all on the same level as the living space. Both bedrooms benefit from a partial double height ceiling and large windows. The master bedroom has an exposed brick wall.

Location: London, NW2
Detached, double fronted Victorian family location house in London NW2, near Queens Park / Willesden Green, with a beautiful garden extending to 320 feet. The house has recently been renovated but maintains many original features, such as stained-glass windows and an open fireplace in the kitchen / living room.
The house is well suited to shooting with daylight: the palette is gentle shades of putty, the ceilings are high, and the dominant light source is north, but the main spaces are also large enough for extensive lighting.
The ground floor features oak herringbone flooring throughout. It has a generous hall; an open plan kitchen / dining room; a pantry; a snug connected to the kitchen with a built-in seating area; a living room with wood burning stove; and a study with beams and floor-to-ceiling book case

The Monastery consists of a two floor 14th century chapel, which was converted for various utilitarian uses in 1907. Hence it is an unusual combination of 14th century monastic and brutal industrial architecture; with four original 14th century stone tracery windows on the 1st floor and a height of 8.7 meters from the floor to the apex of the roof.
The industrial ground floor is also a lofty space with chunky rivetted iron beams spanning the ceiling and factory style doors leading to the main large garden with its huge ancient tree providing privacy. In addition to these two main spaces, there are several interesting ancillary spaces and showrooms; including a study and entrance hall with suspended cast iron Christ high above, leading into a low beamed showroom with original black parquet flooring and a lounge style showroom above.

The studio has a raw industrial feel to it with various original sandblasted red brick, original painted bricks and striped back brick walls. there is a raw concrete floor and white painted concrete ceiling. it also has feature walls of original gym strip flooring and soon antique wall paper giving a variety of shooting backgrounds and textures.
There are numerous props that will keep being added to and updated.
