Our 19th century Grade II Listed warehouse location dates back to 1853 and has been lovingly restored with original timber floors, characterful period features and complimentary antique furnishings. 

We are 100% zero carbon. We have achieved this through an ambitious retrofit incorporating state-of-the-art renewable energy technologies including extensive insulation, air-source heat pumps, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall batteries, mechanical heat recovery and LED lighting. Our electricity supply is 100% renewable generated from solar and wind sources.
