This is a remodelled Victorian semi-detached London location house with open plan living spaces and packed with design classics and reclaimed furnishings.

What would be the original narrow entrance hall has been transformed with a 2m wide glazed sliding pocket door providing the entry way to the living spaces on the ground floor. One generous open space, the knock through reception rooms have been zoned into sitting room and study area. Down a few steps and through another pocket door is the kitchen and dining room. Reclaimed pitch pine flooring has been treated with soap and lye and coated in a matt varnish. Walls are painted in a neutral tones. The kitchen has concrete and iroko work surfaces, and cabinets are laminated birch-ply.

A separate utility room is clad in welsh slate and the downstairs loo has wallpaper by Fornasetti.
