This vibrant space is situated in a prime location, just a 7 minute walk from Old Street Station. With its original wood flooring and steel columns, furnished with modern furniture, the space has a contemporary and authentic warehouse to it.

There are many textural backdrops to choose from including brick and wood paneling, which works great for both videography and photography. The space is split into a street facing showroom which features a lounge break out area with Soho Home sofas and chairs. The rug display beds are on wheel and can easily be manoeuvred around the space and out of the way. A large sample wall works as a partial screen between the showroom area and co-working space. 

A dusty pink curtain can be used to cover the colourful rug samples for a more simple backdrop. The space is lit with both strip lights and directional track lights which can be dimmed. There is some natural light at the front end of the space, coming through the large windows by the lounge area.

There is both a meeting room and zoom room available as well as the kitchen which has amenities such as kettle, microwave, fridge and a coffee machine. The temperature of the space can be customised with a VRF heating system and there is Fibre connectivity available.
