New build architect designed location house built using Cross Laminated Timber, which is left exposed on the walls and ceiling.

The exterior of the house is also timber with slatted privacy screens to the front. To the rear, the leafy garden leads to a self-contained studio.

The Ground Floor comprises of a sunken open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a small toilet hidden under the stairs. There are several built in elements such as concrete bench for the dining and living room, as well as the timber joinery throughout.

Upper floors are accessed via a perforated white metal staircase with an openable skylight above providing daylight and fresh air.

The First Floor has two bedrooms (kids and guest) with a large bathroom. The Second Floor has a master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

A material palette of wood, concrete, steel, white perforated metal and terrazzo unifies the space and provide a natural setting for the house, highlighting the views to the garden.
