Wildflower Farm Kent, ME13

about

Hidden in the Kent countryside is this wonderful American/Colonial white weatherboarded villa, with a tin roof and veranda’s overlooking the countryside bordered by woods.

Inside, high rooms are decorated in a vintage chic style with reclaimed wood floors, radiators and chateau doors.

The house is set within 5 acres of land which is mainly meadow, but includes a camp fire, some large established oak trees, orchard, apiary, normal garden, and wooded area.  There are 2 polytunnels, 2 large barns and an outbuilding with facilities that make it a good green room.

The property is located along an isolated lane, so it is very quiet.  There is hardstanding/parking for about 20-30 cars.  A local farmer a few 100 meters away is also willing to provide additional parking space.

It is necessary to drive over a wooden bridge, so for very large cranes/lorries will require hire of a trackway. This will incur an additional cost.

1hr 22 mins direct train from London Victoria to Selling. Selling station only one mile from property.
