MANOR B GUILDFORD, GU3

about

Set within 9.6 hectares of grounds, The Former Law Campus comprises five distinct buildings. At its centre stands a 16th-century manor house surrounded by more contemporary institutional spaces. The administration block is a two-storey, 1960s tenement-style building with open-plan offices and views across to the manor house. Fountain Court, a three-storey, concrete structure inspired by brutalist architecture, includes striking waffle ceilings, a canteen, and outlooks onto the walled gardens. The former Learning Resource Centre introduces a more modern, clinical aesthetic, complete with a vaulted roof.

Together, these five commercial buildings offer a comprehensive, self-contained and secure setting ideal for a wide array of filming opportunities. The Former Law Campus also benefits from extensive production support space and ample parking, making it well equipped for anything from still photography to large film and television projects.
