A charred wood clad location cabin set within it’s own private ground, nestled amongst National Trust woodland and heath moments from the beach on the North Norfolk coast.

You enter the property on the ground floor via a glass ceilinged boot room with oak clad bench and large storage cupboard and then through an arched entrance into the kitchen.

The kitchen is fitted with solid beech cabinetry by Sebastian Cox for Devol with a deep aged copper sink and patinated brass taps.

The kitchen flows into a large open plan dual aspect lounge/diner with built in rendered banquette seating in one corner.

The lounge are has a large contemporary wood burning stove and large sliding doors leading out on to the deck and woodland beyond.

The large woodland garden comprises of a decked area the length of the building with a dining area and relaxed seating area, lawn, a circular sunken fire pit area with seating and planted borders.

Upstairs the spacious light filled main bedroom has a Superking bed and dressing area with an ensuite walk in shower and bespoke vanity unit.

The second bedroom upstairs may be configured as a Superking or Twin and has an ensuite walk in shower.

The third bedroom downstairs is a Superking and is next door to the third bathroom which has a freestanding bath.
