The floor is polished concrete and the kitchen is bespoke, made from tiger oak and walnut with black work surfaces.

A seating area with large corner sofa sits facing the garden, with a television hidden in bespoke cabinetry that sinks into the ground.

The overall size of the extension is 14m x 6m (into seating area). It is a beautifully light space due to the volume of glass, and double height ceilings. Above is a mezzanine level with walkway leading to an office area, which leads out to a small balcony overlooking the garden.

Outside there is a large sunken patio at the lower level with a floating bench seat in teak. Garden is L-shaped, laid to lawn 35m x 25m (into L-shape).

A separate bedroom area can be available for use as a green room etc and there are two adjoining Victorian style rooms on mezzanine level for equipment.

None of the private bedrooms or bathrooms are available for shooting.

Parking is on street. A limited number of permits can be purchased for an additional fee.
