The wood clad barn has large glass double doors with additional glass panels surrounding and large rolling American style barn doors to pull over them. The barn is double height with exposed steelwork and wood clad ceiling.

There is a mezzanine with a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen downstairs. There is also a wood fired fireplace and a wooden and steel staircase.

The driveway can take 7 cars that can freely leave independently or about 12 if parked back to back.

The location house and workshop is situated at the top of the Surrey Hills so winding roads (some single track) to reach the property.

Note that cranes/ oil tankers/ cement trucks etc all have previously accessed the property with no issue so despite parts being single track with areas to pass, access isn’t a problem.
