VERVE LONDON, SE19

about

A renovated 1920s-built terraced house in leafy Crystal Palace with a spacious ground floor and a new loft conversion.

This London location house has the original coving in the front living room and a large kitchen diner. The front living space and kitchen can be fully opened up or closed off with sliding doors. The kitchen is a bespoke plywood Pluck kitchen with a large island and Caesarstone worktops. All kitchen cabinetry has been bespoke made by Pluck, based in Brixton. There is a downstairs WC.

In the dining space, there is a Samsung frame TV which allows hirers to change the visual backdrop. The first floor has a South-facing bedroom and bathroom available with terrazzo-effect tiles.

The new loft conversion including a guest bedroom and bathroom is bright and calm with great views towards Crystal Palace park and has an abundance of natural light. The house has a contemporary style with lots of natural materials and plants. It’s light and airy, with a majority of warm, neutral tones and pops of brighter colours. Inspired by life living in Southeast Asia, traveling the world and a love for patterns.

There is one car space on the drive and on street parking available.
