The studio is 960 Sq Ft with 14ft ceiling height with a 268 Sq ft infinity cove and located on the ground floor of Stamford Works building in Dalston, London.

It features four large windows that bring in abundant natural light, concrete floors and black out blinds for flexible lighting conditions. The studio has a private w/c with shower, 10x 13amp power sockets and 3x 16amp single phase power sockets.

Conveniently situated, the studio is just a 3-minute walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground station and a 10-minute walk from Dalston Junction Overground station.

The space includes a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, cutlery, coffee machine, and refrigerator.

We have a selection of the common Coloramas that clients may use for £12/meter used on the floor. Please enquire about colours and set up in advance.

Catering:

The Studio works closely with a few local catering businesses and can help arrange catering for your shoot for an additional fee.

Parking:

Curb-side/street parking options are available in the local neighbourhood, and clients can pay for flexibility.

Alternatively, you can park in Dalston Sainsbury’s shopping centre car park. This is only an 8/10 minute walk from the studio.

Sets, Props, Lighting, Clothing:

• All props are to be delivered and collected on the same day of hire unless other arrangements have been previously made and agreed.
• If agreed, props may be delivered to the Studio before the day and start time of the Client’s shoot. The Client is responsible for confirming the delivery and receipt of their items/property at the Studio.

SKETO TWO employees are not responsible for the Client’s property but can facilitate these requests made in advance for a fee of £55 for labour.

SKETO TWO cannot be held responsible or liable for any items damaged or lost during the hire or left on site.

The Client will be charged an additional cost for the disposal, storage or transportation of any items left on site and not collected.
