The studio is a 75-square-foot space with a 5-meter-high ceiling, located on the first floor of the Stamford Works building in Dalston, London.

It features four large windows that bring in abundant natural light, hardwood floors, and skylights with remote-controlled blackouts, allowing for flexible lighting conditions.

Conveniently situated, the studio is just a 3-minute walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground station and a 10-minute walk from Dalston Junction Overground station.

The space includes a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, cutlery, coffee machine, and refrigerator.

Shared unisex bathrooms are located on the first floor at the end of the main corridor.

• There is selection of plinths/cubes and chairs that clients can use as props.

• Clients may rent lighting equipment separate to the studio. (Please check equipment
list for prices).

• We have a selection of the common Coloramas that clients may use for £12/meter
used on the floor. Please enquire about colours and set up in advance.

KITCHENETTE

• Coffee machine & 10 coffee pods (more after request)

• Selection of tea

• 1 Electric kettle

• 1 Toaster

• 1 Microwave

• Cutlery (8 spoons, 8 forks, 8 butter knives, 4 teaspoons)

• 8 Water glasses

• 1 Mini-refrigerator

• The Studio is not soundproof.

CATERING

• The Studio works closely with a few local catering businesses and can help arrange
catering for your shoot for an additional fee.

PARKING
• There is a car park located right next to the Studio, which allows up to 3-hours of

• There is also curb side/street parking options in the local neighbourhood that Clients
can pay for flexibility.

SETS / PROPS / LIGHTING / CLOTHING
• All props are to be delivered and collected on the same day of hire unless other
arrangements have been previously made and agreed by Epitomestudio Ltd.

• If agreed by Epitomestudio Ltd, props may be delivered to the Studio before the day
and start time of the Client’s shoot. The Client is responsible for confirming the
delivery and receipt of their items/property at the Studio.

Epitomestudio Ltd employees are not responsible for Client’s property but can
facilitate these requests made in advance for a fee of £55 for labour.

• Epitomestudio Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for any items damaged or
lost during the hire or left on site.

• The Client will be charged an additional cost for the disposal, storage or
transportation of any items left on site and not collected.
