The Thatched location cottage date from 16th century with modern additions. The cottage is a detached family home sitting in rural Suffolk countryside. The property sits in half an acre of landscaped gardens with all year round interest. Herbaceous borders at their finest in Spring/early summer. There is at thatched treehouse overlooking the fields, a separate chicken area with house, large sunken patio with table and relaxed seating, small circular patio and raised beds. There is a large gravel drive with parking for 8-10 cars and unrestricted parking surrounding the cottage. 

The front door opens into a kitchen fitted with handmade units, an island and aga this leads into a utility room with walk in shower and toilet. There are beams throughout the old part of the property. There is a cosy beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace with wood burner, this room leads into a study. The kitchen also leads into a large dining and family room. There is a downstairs king sized bedroom with small additional staircase to first floor. There a stone floors throughout the property except from a wood floor in the sitting room and sisal carpets in the bedrooms.

The upstairs comprises of two further king size bedrooms, two children’s bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. A large family bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower and an additional shower room.
