The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen/dining room with a double height dining area that backs on to the garden via a double height glass wall (with doors). There is also a downstairs toilet and double bedroom. The garden is south facing so in non-cloudy afternoons a lot of light comes into the garden and kitchen/dining area.
The first floor has two reception rooms: one with a sofa and armchair, the other with a piano and bookshelves. They are tastefully decorated with artwork on the walls.
Between the first and second floors is a bathroom.
The second floor has a (female) child’s bedroom and the master bedroom.
There is street parking which is restricted 0830-1830 weekdays, but it is straightforward to obtain visitor’s day/week permits via the RingGo app
