The space is an open plan loft, with separate rooms on the ground floor and staircase to a raised mezzanine level. The living area is a cosy area with dark vintage furniture. Dinning area features a 4.7m long table and the kitchen is a modern minimalist design with natural materials.

The loft can be accessed by stairs or an industrial lift, there are wide corridors between lift and loft access. There is no dedicated parking on-site, but there is space to load and unload and pay & display bays are located nearby.
