A versatile warehouse studio in the heart of Shoreditch/Hoxton. With expansive natural light, our studio offers the perfect backdrop for photoshoots, content creation, and events.

Conveniently located with easy access to Hoxton Overground or Old Street Underground Station, SHOREDITCH WAREHOUSE is a light, airy space adapted for creative collaboration and artistic expression.

The studio is set off-road in a quiet enclave of warehouse studios, but please note that it is not soundproofed. This is an urban space, and city sounds can be heard. If sound quality is critical, we recommend bringing personal or directional mics.

Note: No photography or filming equipment is included.

All props are to be delivered and collected on the same day of hire unless other arrangements have previously been agreed. In case it is agreed props can be delivered before the shoot date the client is responsible to assure that the person delivering them will take the props all the way into the studio, either by choosing a courier who agrees to do so or sending someone with the delivery.

SHOREDITCH WAREHOUSE cannot be held responsible or liable for any items damaged or lost during the hire or when left on site.

Any additional costs incurred through the disposal, storage or transportation of any props or sets will be charged to the client.

PARKING: There is on-site parking at £25
