The farm has a 400sqm pond, a punt, a vintage tractor, chickens, sheep, woodland, a 160 tree orchard, several wells, wild flower meadows.

All of the rooms in the house and all the grounds are available for photo and film shoots.

There is parking for 6 cars at the house and at least 20 at the 8-acre farm, which can accommodate catering vehicles and toilets as well as helicopter landing.
