The owners of this property have created an inspiring space by mixing different materials and textures, but retaining a sympathetic design which complements the structure of the building.

There are parts of this house that give the feeling of being outdoors, with features such as the decorative iron spiral staircase against the exposed brick walls, then bare plaster, concrete, old parquet floors, wood clad walls and ceilings, and then there’s the fireplace which gives the impression of an outdoor stove. It’s raw and edgy.

The shack (moveable bar) can be re-located to another area on the ground floor, however this must be done by the homeowner prior to your hire. It is not permitted for hirers to move it themselves.
