ANDOR STUDIO is a unique warehouse studio situated in a former Victorian tram depot. Its glass pitched roof and large critical windows maximize natural daylight, with the option to completely black out the space.

Key features include a fully functioning kitchen suitable for food shoots, exposed brick, white brick, distressed concrete walls, and original large pine beams, along with a double-height shooting area.

The space also offers a variety of props, adaptable rolling walls, and an outdoor area filled with plants, making it an ideal location for filming, photography, and events.

Additionally, there is a communal shooting area that provides access to the original Victorian cobbled yard and the exterior of other warehouses.

The studio also includes shower and bath facilities, as well as a fully functioning kitchen with a cooker, a licensed bar, a viewing gallery, and a client area.
