This modern urban home has been built on the site of an old warehouse, nestled between two rows of terraced properties with only the perimeter walls of the former warehouse remaining.

The house has been designed for modern living, with a completely open plan layout and making the most of the natural light. The property overall stands at 2260sq ft of internal space. There are three courtyard garden spaces which have been positioned at either end of the ground floor living space and a smaller central ‘island’.

The living areas have an off-white resin painted floor, and some walls are clad in oiled douglas fir, others are white painted plaster. The ceiling height is 2.59m.

The minimal kitchen has a stainless steel countertop, and a moveable island unit on wheels.

Two separate staircases lead to the first floor. Separated into two detached pods, the first floor houses three bedrooms and a family bathroom. An oak floor runs the entirety of this level, and the bedrooms are minimally furnished.

Decorating is not a problem, there is off street parking, wifi and 3 phase power available on site.
