THREE ZERO LONDON, E14

about

ThreeZero is a newly renovated heritage conversion redesigned by award winning British architects in 2023. The location apartment is presented in a studio layout with open plan living, bedroom and kitchen spaces, and a separate enclosed entrance hall, bathroom, utility room, and storage room.

Ceiling height is over 3.6 meters and the majority of the 127m² floor plan has been reserved for the main living space. The single-level layout has been carefully planned within the perimeters of the original steel columns, and can be fully opened or cinematically divided by full height sheer curtains.

The minimalist redesign has preserved the distinctive elements of London loft living, such as original exposed brickwork, a painted concrete ceiling, flagstone floors, and two large factory windows that provide a doorway to the canal-view balcony.

All new architectural components are made from continuous planes of materials such as brushed metal, mirrored glass, ash veneer, and white paint finishes. The apartment is illuminated by consistent natural light, and the integrated and surface mounted lighting systems are provided by the same supplier as the Royal Academy of Art, the Lafayette in Paris, and many of the most famous galleries, palazzos, basilicas, show rooms, and luxury hotels in the world.

The bathroom includes a double rain shower, double sinks, a 1.8 meter freestanding stone bath, separate toilet enclosure, and is exclusively finished with tiles and stainless steel fixtures from northern italy.

The apartment has been lightly furnished in order to serve as a turnkey shoot set, but can be flexibly reconfigured to adapt to creative objectives.

There are multiple free outdoor parking bays within the secure gated complex, and one reserved underground parking spot beneath the building for the apartment’s individual use.
