The Royal Oak is a Victorian corner pub conversion with a modern annex to the rear. 

The ground floor to the main building contains a working recording studio with it’s own bathroom and wood panelled kitchen. There are a few piano’s including a vintage Bechtein Grand and a large Neve mixing desk.

The first floor of the main building has a very large reception room with three large south facing windows and matching fore places at each end This room has an upright piano and a 1950’s Wurlitzer juke box. There is also another wood panelled reception room. There is a country style kitchen with an Aga range and French dresser. Also on this level is a large bathroom with a roll top bath in the middle and more wood panelling.

The annex at the rear is a 2 bedroom modern, architecturally designed 3 story house with a bright modern kitchen/dining room which opens out onto a roof terrace. The top floor is a TV room with hit and miss brick design.
