about

A four bedroom newly renovated Victorian terraced house. Arranged over three floors the house is 2,300sq ft overall.

The entrance hall has a striking geometric encaustic tiled floor, and a dark painted panelled wall. There are two large crittal doors providing access to the sitting room. A bright space, this room is minimally furnished, has wood chevron flooring, a feature fireplace with log burner, and bay window. Some original features such as cornicing and skirting boards remain.

The house has a contemporary, calm and neutral palette throughout, punctuated with accents of black, dark navy blue and deep forest green.

There are three bathrooms, fitted with brassware and marble chevron tiles.

The extension to the rear is large with modern beams below a long skylight. There is lots of space, height and light. The kitchen has white marble surfaces and brass hardware, and the chevron flooring continues through from the sitting room.

The back of the house is painted a contemporary black and clad in burnt timber using a traditional Japanese method. There is also a terrace leading from a spare bedroom where there is geometric encaustic tiles and timber cladding too.

Parking here is on street. Vouchers may be purchased from the homeowner for parking on the day of hire.
